I have been a client here on two occasions now. They are amazing here and I couldn't recommend a better place to go especially for any sports related injuries. Dylan has been wonderful and very knowledgeable about different techniques and challenging exercises that have cut my recovery time in half. My recovery plan has been excellently tailored to my fitness goals to get me back into training promptly. I highly recommend Dylan!

I can't say enough great things about Tim. I have seen many different physiotherapists and have never had the results Tim provided. I have been searching for YEARS for someone to be able to understand and fix the damage chronic shingles does to joints and nerves and Ian GOT it immediately and even after one session I was more mobile and pain free. There is literally no comparison between him and every other ‘expert’ who has fumbled with my body to no avail or getting convivced my pain and imbalances are all in my head.
