I was referred by my Dr after attending physio at other clinics. In her words I needed top notch treatment. I have been attending for years and I'm back playing sports after some bad car accidents. I can't give 6 stars but they deserve it.

I was referred to Tim at Core Physio after I had a bad fall and experienced months of hip pain and discomfort. In just a few sessions my problem was diagnosed, treated, followed up on, recommended exercises…my baseline and quality of life was returned. Absolutely amazing service. My wrist pain is now gone and I have a wonderful active life now. The friendliness of the staff is amazing. I was in Calgary on holidays and when back in Calgary, I now know where to go for physio!

My experience with Jon was nothing but positive. I had tweaked my back doing deadlifts.. he explained what was going on and gave me exercises to complete and within 2 appointments my pain was gone. If anything occurs in the future I know who I will be calling :) Thanks JG and CCP

I booked an assessment for a shoulder dislocation. Jacalyn was extremely knowledgeable, she took the time to explain my shoulder anatomy clearly and gave insight into the most effective rehab strategies while being incredibly patient answering my questions.

My physiotherapist was Dylan. I went to Dylan regarding a pain I had in my lower back, which I had for 6 months. I had visited a different chiropractor about the pain previous and he would work on my back pain, which offered me short term relief for a few days but then the pain would come back again as they did not treat the root cause of the pain. When I visited Dylan, he carried out a very thorough initial inspection and consultation, and he had me carry out lots of various movements and stretches. He then quickly discovered the root cause of my lower back pain, was due to poor mobility in my left hip. This caused pain in my back , as when I bent down to pick something up, Instead of hinging at my hips, I hinged at my lower back due to my poor hip mobility so my back was taking the load unnessarily. He then quickly addressed the root cause of the pain, working on improving mobility in my hips by various techniques including dry needling, massage therapy and also giving me exercises to work on in my own time. Within 3 sessions my back pain was completely gone and my mobility in my hips improved drastically. Dylan’s approach just made sense, and he explained everything clearly. You can tell he’s experienced and genuinely cares about getting to the root of the problem, rather than just treating the syptoms, offering long term relief. Highly recommend!

Nicole has been an absolute godsend on my pelvic floor physio journey. She's incredibly warm, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I first saw Nicole for coccyx pain, and thanks to her guidance, I was able to fully rehabilitate within a few weeks. When I became pregnant, I continued seeing Nicole every couple of weeks, and I truly believe her expertise made my pregnancy not just manageable, but surprisingly comfortable. By following her exercise plans, I avoided the typical back, hip, and round ligament pain many experience during pregnancy. One day during my pregnancy, I experienced severe back pain and went to the ER, but the physicians couldn’t determine the cause. I saw Nicole the next day, and she quickly identified it as SI joint pain. She provided targeted solutions that relieved the pain within two days. By following her advice to strengthen the area, the pain never returned—despite doctors warning it could persist throughout pregnancy and even into the postpartum period. I can’t recommend Nicole highly enough to anyone seeking pelvic floor physiotherapy, and especially urge expecting mothers to see her!
