Calgary Core Physio has been very helpful in helping me maintain my health through some falls and back issues. Brad uses innovative techniques to activate muscles to aid in correction and Inhave really appreciated his treatments.

I have had back pain from an old injury for almost a decade. I have tried physiotherapy at other locations in the past, but have not had much success. Sitting, standing, and walking were painful tasks, and often at the end of the day I would have to spend at least a few hours to stretch and alleviate the pain to a tolerable degree. There have been many nights where I couldn't sleep because of it, and sneezing has been the bane of my existence (yay for seasonal allergies). I have gone to Calgary Core for a few months now, and it has made a huge difference in my daily life: I can stand for longer periods with no pain, sitting doesn't cause flare ups in my back and down my legs like it use to, and walking has been infinitely better! (Sneezing is still a work in progress, but I'll get there!) I have been working with Alex and he has been nothing but encouraging and helpful in my progress. The exercises are tough and challenging in a manageable way, but they are tailored to what your body needs to improve on. I do appreciate that with progress we move on to more challenging exercises, and I am not expected to suddenly do twenty different types that take up hours to do. The facility is bright and welcoming, and the staff are lovely and helpful. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with Calgary Core and would recommend this place (and Alex!)!!

They have helped so much. And had success where others have failed. They look for the root cause not just strengthening exercises. We changed gait and retrained muscles. We turned muscles off that were compensating and turn on ones that were dormant. Made a bigger difference in 4 months then I’ve had in 3 years.

She's been indispensable in helping me recover from my sports & desk-work injuries; and educational in the prevention of old or new injuries. Calgary Core itself is an aesthetically appealing environment and a professionally staffed clinic that looks clean, orderly, efficient—and warmly friendly. From the administrative staff to the completely wonderful physiotherapy team (Alex Loach is particularly incredible), I have been very pleased with my experience here. Would recommend to anyone looking for this service in the downtown core.
