The service is very professional and high quality. There have been some issues but they get resolved once I talk to the manager Krysten. She has been incredibly helpful throughout my time here. For the physio itself, Brad is extremely knowledgeable and has solved every issue I've ever had, like magic. Highly recommend him if you are dealing with any kind of muscular pain.

So far so good, went in with sore left hip and sore tailbone, had thorough assessment focusing on pelvic floor. 6 sessions later with Nicole, only occasional discomfort and that's it. Follow-up session in 4 weeks.

Physio has worked wonders for me. Iris, as my dad would say, "knows her business". In her case, it's an understatement. I worked with Iris Loots through two very annoying injuries. One to my shoulder and the other to my calf muscle. I could not lift my left arm above my head without pain. I have no idea how it happened. I play tennis, and I could not serve. Good for my opponents LOL She manipulated my shoulder physically, and gave me exercises. It took a month, but I recovered completely, and I have full range of motion with zero pain. I am also a swing dancer, and I injured my calf while training rigorously for some performances. I was also teaching and social dancing at the time. After a thorough exam, Iris prescribed a series of exercises, and she worked on my calf physically. I was completely recovered within a week, and I performed with zero discomfort. What else can be said ? LOL

I have been seeing Nicole Endicott at Calgary Core Physiotherapy to treat symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction (frequent urination, pain with urination, constipation, etc). Nicole is extremely kind, and very skilled at handling sensitive topics and procedures with care. After a few months of pelvic floor treatment, all my symptoms have resolved and it has literally been life-changing! I highly recommend pelvic floor physiotherapy with Nicole for anyone experiencing pelvic floor symptoms.

I saw Alex Loach PT a handful of times for a painful neck, likely whiplash. I paused my strength training but with Alex’s help got back to regular activities (at a lower intensity) within a week. At 98% recovered after 4 visits. Alex was realistic and very helpful. Explains exactly what he is doing and why. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have seen Ian several/many times a year, commencing in 2010. The background is too long to recount here, but it is no exaggeration to say that I would never have completed several Ironmans, marathons (including Boston), even more Half Ironmans, numerous other running events, etc., but for Ian's treatments, advice and recommendations. The assistance is not limited to treatments at the clinic. Over the years Ian has provided me with advice for 'self-healing' and injury avoidance/repetition, given me exercises to 'mend' at home or to do prior to workouts to avoid either new injury or aggravating some existing problem. When I recommend Ian to others, I frequently use the 'M' word--MiracleMan. I can never thank Ian enough for greatly enhancing my quality of life in my retirement years. He's got the knowledge and skill set to keep me swimming, cycling and running, and thus a happy guy!

I've worked with Elliot Goldman on two separate occasions. He fixed up my shoulder from a torn labrum and had me back to competing within 6 months, and now he is helping me with a broken finger. Highly recommend this guy, his team is always very friendly and professional and willing to work with your schedule.

Tim Lee has provided excellent service and really helped reduce my pain and heal from my injury. He is experienced and knowledgeable. The team at the front is friendly and very good at their work. I appreciate the text message communication regarding appointments.
