Great knowledgeable staff!!! I’ve been coming to the Core for a few years for various issues that come up. I Always feel like I get treatments targeted for my specific issue and supported to get better.

I highly recommend Alex Loach at Calgary Core Physio. Alex was very professional in his diagnosis and treatment. Alex has treated both my knee and neck injuries recently. Alex really cares about your recovery. He clearly explained to me all treatments and provided an achievable and progressive exercise recovery plan (including emailing the exercise instructions with pictures). His effective use of IMS provided immediate relief which paved the way for my speedy recovery. Thanks Alex!

Darra Bennett at Calgary Core Physio is fantastic. Recently I was in an accident in the USA while on a business trip. I received x-rays and a preliminary diagnosis in Santa Monica (a couple of painful but non-displaced fractures) with instructions to follow-up with my GP once back in Calgary to determine the treatment protocol. I arrived home knowing I needed additional x-rays etc. but dreading the length of time it would take to get proper referrals etc. I attempted to go to emergency but after nearly 6 hours of being triaged behind people with more acute needs than mine I gave up. My GP was booked for the next 2 weeks and there was no way to get a requisition for an x-ray without seeing him. At least, that is what I thought. Then I called Darra at Calgary Core Physio. He saw me the next morning. We discussed the symptoms and his assessment was later proven to be 100% correct. He requested x-rays and that afternoon x-rays were completed. This immediately removed some stress that I was feeling about the injury. I later met with my GP for confirmation of the treatment but by that time we were 2 weeks into the healing process. I continued the rehab process with Darra and I am writing this review because I would recommend him without reservation (I have recommended him to personal friends and family since.) He is very knowledgable (especially about those symptoms that are confusing to decipher and seem unconnected to each other) - - I believe it is important to have healthcare advisors who have a wide and varied knowledge...
