Centrally located, bright office, friendly reception and therapists and on time. Most importantly, Dr. Ian and his use of MAT aided in reaching recovery goals with shoulder tendinitis that we had been striving for without success for two years prior.

I visit Calgary Core for low back and hip pain, and have found the staff exceptionally friendly, organized, compassionate and talented - you will never feel like "a number" here, I promise. I see Carolyn for physiotherapy, including a lot of hands-on work, dry needling and laser therapy. The combination has been very effective, and I can finally see a light at the end of the pain tunnel. I have also seen Eric for prolotherapy and highly recommend him as well. I continue to be impressed every time I visit, and get great care here.

I suffered from severe tightness and knots in my shoulder after an accident during the summer. There was no amount of massage, stretching or rolling that was helping so I visited Calgary Core Physiotherapy where Alex Loach suggested an intramuscular stimulation technique (needling). We only had 3 - 4 sessions over the course of a couple weeks and my pain was entirely cured. The accident was a year ago and I had my sessions with Alex 9 months ago, the pain and knots have not returned. The staff here were all friendly and the treatment plans were reasonable and clearly effective.

Great experience as always! Friendly front staff, appointment started on time and dealt with my concerns. Follow up email with specific exercises to work on for rehab was appreciated too! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic and quite literally recommend it to everyone I know. As a client I believe the required expertise of a good Physio is two fold: accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. This past year I had to seek help from the clinic for 3 totally unrelated injuries. On all three occasions I was not only astounded at how swiftly and accurately my injuries were diagnosed but also relieved at how quickly and effectively they were remedied so I could get back to normal life. The same experiences were had by my kids. This is not the norm. I have seen Physios for years for my children who have unfortunately been less than effective. If you need a wizard who knows what they are doing look up Ian Goodwin. You won’t be disappointed.
