I've been a client of Elliott Goldman's for about 3 months and I cannot thank him enough for his brilliant work on my shoulder. He used needling and muscle activation techniques to restore my shoulder to its full range of motion, with no more pain! Elliott is a friendly and caring professional who always took time to explain his methods and answer my questions. I will definitely return to see Elliott at Core for any future PT needs. Dylan is amazing- kind, funny and so efficient. He got me moving incredibly quickly so I could do my job and reduced my pain almost immediately. My only wish is that I lived in Calgary so I could see him all the time for my physio needs!

My first visit to Calgary Core Physiotherapy was on June 18, 2024.I was greeted promptly by friendly reception staff, and after a short wait I was shown to my assessment room to meet Nicole who would be my physiotherapist. After a through assessment by Nicole what I thought was pain from Osteoarthritis in my hips turned out to be mostly caused by muscles and tendon in the hip area. Nicole gave me three exercises to do each day to target the muscles and tendons that were causing me the most pain. After a week of doing these exercises the pain has gone from somewhat painful to faint pain. I had a follow up appointment with Nicole on June 25th and reviewed my exercises with Nicole. She answered all the questions I had about doing the exercises properly and suggested some minor changes. She also gave me another set of three exercises to add to the ones I am currently working on. My next appointment is on July 9, 2025. I would recommend Calgary Core Physiotherapy to anyone looking for treatment. They seem to have a great relationship with their clients. Henry Tonkin.

I have been having knee issues for the past two years , Mrs. Endicott has helped me gain my mobility back and elevated my knee pain in a very short time . I should have been going much sooner .

Dylan is an amazing, knowledgeable physio that not only gets you back on your feet and moving again he practices a wholistic approach to his care. He has many times, lifted my spirits with his sense of humour and caring nature all while getting me back on my feet, after each of my surgeries. I would highly recommend Dylan

Dylan was fantastic, I would recommend his treatment. He quickly identified my needs and created a realistic and personalized plan to aid my hip mobility issue before an upcoming marathon. Dylan was efficient with both of our time but did not hesitate to take longer with my treatment when necessary, or when I came in with a list of questions. He was also responsive to the emails he invited me to send to him regarding questions that came up between/after sessions.

Earlier this year I started seeing Dylan MacDonald for patellar knee pain I was experiencing. From the first visit, Dylan made it easy to understand what had caused the issue, what needed to be done to correct it, and how to maintain the recovery long term. Needless to say, the pain was successfully corrected and I returned to the sports I enjoy participating in. Dylan was really knowledgeable about any questions I had, and was overall easy to talk to and a joy to be around. Highly recommend Dylan for any physiotherapy needs!

Saw Matthew Morrison for post surgery issue with inguinal hernia repair. Everything he analyzed resonated with me by mentioning exercises that would aggravate the two nerves (and they specifically do in my experiences!) Fantastic assessment and clearly explained, excited to have a guided route to recovery! 3 week update, my pain went from 5-8 to 0-3. From skeptical to excited!

I have been coming to Calgary Core Physio for over 2 years. Initially I came for a meniscus tear and Elliot was awesome at getting me back on my feet and playing sports again. He's helped me with shoulder and achilles issues, and has been great about educating me about what's going on with my injuries. It's a bit pricey but this clinic is well worth it and everyone is super nice and professional :)
