Elliot at Calgary Core Physio has been the most consistently effective physiotherapists I’ve seen. After a knee injury many years ago and the secondary and tertiary imbalances that came with it, I’ve been to multiple clinics around the city. After being referred by a family member who walked in, I’ve been impressed with the care at Calgary Core compared to anywhere else. What I value most about going to Calgary Core is that the physio spends the entire appointment working with you, and you alone. Elliot does an excellent job at justifying his therapies and explaining the muscles that are weak or sore. Then best of all, when treatment is done there’s no coercion to come back unless anything is wrong. Given my ability to find new and creative ways to be injured however, I’m sure I can safely say that I’ll be returning to see Elliot at Calgary Core for years to come.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ian Goodwin and Calgary Core Physiotherapy. I have various long-term injuries that have caused me chronic pain over the last couple of years and have prevented me from living a “normal” life. During this time I have seen multiple physiotherapists, chiropractors and a naturopath, spending thousands of dollars to see little to no improvement. My chiropractor recommended that I see Ian and told me he deals with patients like myself, that have lost hope of ever recovering. I have been seeing Ian one month and he has totally changed my life. Simple tasks such as getting dressed in the morning I don’t even think about anymore. A month ago it would take me 10 minutes and I would dread it due to the amount of pain it caused. It really is quite incredible how much difference the treatment has made. I would strongly recommend seeing Ian if you have any type of injury, other than being a really nice guy, he really is a magician! I've been going to core physio to get fixed up. I wasn't sure where to go first and found this gem of a place in 2016. The Doctor I visit here is Dr. Goldman and let me just say WOW! Always going above and beyond to help. The front of house staff has changed since I last visited for my right shoulder in 2017 but they are wicked awesome. Everyone knows what they are doing while seemingly having fun. I have referred people to this location and have said nothing but good things. This physiotherapy spot is run by an Allstar team and I can't thank them enough for helping myself and friends over the years. I’ve been going to CCP for several years and it’s been really good. Any treatment has been hands on for the duration of the visit, and very effective. The PTs take the time to demonstrate your weakness by comparing one side of your body to the other. The sessions are interactive, and the at home exercises are very well organized on a digital platform. I would highly recommend CCP to anyone without hesitation.

I have been to many physio clinics in the past and this is by far the best one I have been to. Staff are very friendly. If your looking for a fix to your problems for the long term, and not just short term this is the place to go!
