I reached out to Tim Lee to start working on some long standing issues that were causing me pain after hearing a few different acquaintances in the mountain biking, skiing and downtown communities sing his praises. The praise was was well founded. Tim has my shoulder, back and hip feeling better than they have in years, giving me hope I might not ache as much as expected as I get older. I’ve also now used some of the clinics other services to aid in recovery from a torn ACL. I highly recommend Tim Lee and Calgary Core Physio if you’re battling any nagging aches and pains.

I recently got hit by a car and broke my femur. I was recommended to go to Ian at Calgary Core Physio and I am so so glad they shared his information. He has been our quarterback the entire time as we were recently new to Calgary and saw him within 10 days of the surgery. From there he ensured we saw who we needed and was the best treatment to get me where I wanted to be. As a 27 year old active individual, it was important to get my strength and flexibility and Ian knew exactly what to recommend and do. He is very intelligent and knows what is going on and what is next. I would not be where I am - walking barely with a limp, biking, and working out if it was not for him. I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

I started seeing Ian Goodwin at Calgary Core Physio approx 7 years ago with a torn ACL. With his treatments and recommended exercises I was able to recover better than expected. Since then I’ve had a few other small ailments and I seem to have incorporated Physio into my “well being maintenance plan”. I know that I will always walk out with less aches and pains than what I went in with. All of the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and I highly recommend Calgary Core Physio

Amazing people all around; welcoming and professional. I see Brad Merkley and he is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and affable. I see Brad for a variety of muscle imbalance issues and have felt a great improvement in my daily pain and physical mobility since starting to see him. I highly recommend him, as he knows certain techniques that not every physiotherapist knows. Brad is a 5-star physio, hands down. The only downside to Core (and my reason for four stars) is the price is quite high. It's unfortunate, because I absolutely believe they deserve the money as they are fantastic, but I also find it makes treatment inaccessible to those in the lower pay brackets who also deserve to be physically pain free. Catch-22. Overall, if you can afford it, choose Core 100%. You will not regret it.

I have been going to Calgary Core Physio for a few years now and they have been amazing. Alex Loach has helped me diagnose and address several back, neck, and shoulder issues. On top of that, the front desk staff is always amazing and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who needs physiotherapy.

I cannot sing the praises of Calgary Core Physiotherapy loud enough!!! They have been game changers in my healing journey. To date I have referred 6 more friends and the 3 that have attended are doing phenomenally as well! I’ve had chronic shoulder and neck pain and my hips also began to hurt. The work of Dr. Ian has healed my body. I’m talking years of going to many different chiropractors, physios, acupuncturists. Each of those gave me some relief but at Calgary Core the source of the pain was found, treated and I’ve been empowered to know what to do if I get out of alignment.
