I've been to Calgary Core Physio to see Elliott multiple times over the years. He helped me recover from a dislocated shoulder years ago, and after tearing a ligament in my knee in October, I went back. Elliott took the information from the knee surgeon, assessed where I was at, and put a great plan together. I saw him weekly for a few weeks, then down to every other week. At the clinic Elliott was always present and focused, he is a good communicator, and he used multiple technics to help me heal and strengthen. The at-home exercise program was great, and the online platform they use makes things easy to track. I was back on skates in less than 3 months!

I have been going to see Elliott Goldman for the last few months due to some tears in my shoulder that happened a year previous. I was at the point where I was considering selling my home gym since my shoulder would not heal. I was hesitant to go to a downtown clinic for treatment since I do not live there but I'm glad I did. I met Elliott and he was completely honest with me so I could manage my expectations. I stuck to the treatments and at home plan Elliott developed and I am now working out consistently.
