In 2024, Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. With several years of customer service experience, Lauren is passionate about creating personalized and welcoming experiences for all patients visiting the clinic. Prior to attending university, Lauren competed in the Long and Triple Jump events in Track and Field and continues to maintain a physically active lifestyle. In addition to staying active, Lauren enjoys reading, travelling, and experimenting with film photography in her free time.

As a Patient Experience Coordinator, Lauren strives to create a friendly and positive atmosphere for every patient who comes to the clinic. Greeting patients, building connections, and assisting with any questions or needs at reception are the aspects of the role that Lauren is most passionate
about. The supportive environment at Calgary Core Physiotherapy, where care extends from the moment a patient walks in the door to the end of their visit, is what Lauren admires most about the clinic.
